Tasting Notes: Deep garnet color, aromas of black fruits, tobacco, and pepper. Concentrated, full-bodied, and generous on the palate, with rich, rounded tannins.
Food and Wine Pairing: Fine cut of beef, stew/meat in sauce, mature cheese.
